Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time. Due to this process, orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    To check the status of your order, please 'Sign in' and click on 'My Account'. Once in My Account, locate and click 'Order History'. This section contains information about all the orders you have placed with epoquestudios.com. Select the order you wish to track, and click on 'Tracking’, this link will take you to our courier partner's website wherein you can see the delivery status of your order.
  • What payment methods do you offer?
    We offer a number of online payment methods including credit card, debit card, net banking, and online wallets. We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard and Amex) and support net-banking for 50+ banks. Currently, we do not offer COD.
  • Do you ship to me?
    We ship pan India. Shipping for domestic orders is computed at checkout. Orders are shipped with premium courier services like Fedex, DTDC etc. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon. You are welcome to write to us at info@epoquestudios.com and we may be able to arrange special deliveries to international destinations in the meantime.
  • What are the applicable shipping charges?
    The shipping charges applicable to your cart will be displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping for orders over ₹2500.
  • Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?
    A single order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely. Kindly note: Presence of items available for ‘pre-order’ along with in-stock items in your order will lead to the order possibly being shipped according to the timelines of the pre-ordered items. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing multiple/separate orders.
  • How long will it take for my order to reach me?
    We aim to ship all orders within 3-4 working days of receiving them, and it typically takes another 5 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Pre-ordered items will ship according to the timelines mentioned on thier respective product pages. Please note: The delivery timelines quoted above are indicational only. Since we work with external courier partners like Delhivery & DTDC for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification with the tracking details to follow the package through its journey to you.
  • How do I know if an item is eligible for return?
    While we aim for the highest quality of service, in the unlikely event that that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will do our best make it right. You can find the return eligibility for each product in the Shipping & Returns section on the product page. The returned products are to be unused with all their original packaging and tags intact. Please find the detailed return process and policy here. Kindly note: Sale items, limited editions and items running a promotional offer are not eligible for return.
  • What if I have received a damaged/ incorrect product?
    We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you receiev a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order with unboxing videos and images of the damage. Once the return request is approved, we will you provide free replacement/ store credit, per your preference.
