Return & Refund Policy
While we aim for the highest quality of service, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will do our best to make it right.
We go the distance to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and take great care in delivering our products with adherence to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we are unable to accept returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do peruse our Return Policy for your understanding.
A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:
· A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
· If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product. Slight variations in size, color and build are not considered defects due to the handmade nature of the products.
· If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.
To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.
· Please raise a Return Request within 24 hours of delivery by e-mailing our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order details and supporting images/ videos specified below.
· You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with an unboxing video to email@example.com. Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
· We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 3-4 business days of receiving your request. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our workshop.
· Once the merchandise is back at our workshop, it will be inspected and if it qualifies, we will write to you to confirm your preference between receiving a replacement or store credit.
POINTS TO REMEMBER:
· Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, information cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
· Product should be unused and in the original condition.
· Product can be returned for a store credit or a replacement.
· epoquestudios.com reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a replacement or store credit. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any
situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our workshop. The refunds will be made in form of Store Credits, when opted for between replacement and credit.
Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money which can be instantly used to purchase products. Store credits are valid from 1 year from their issuing date with no limitations on their usage.
Since all products are hand made or hand crafted, one piece at a time, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once placed.
All conditions as mentioned above may not be implied by laws and are limited to the durations and conditions as mentioned and epoquestudios.com shall not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, human injury or loses including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use whether in an action in contract or based out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. In continuation to the above, the conditions shall not affect the other provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
